My research investigates how emerging digital media (such as social media, artificial intelligence, and mixed reality) shape perception, participation, action, and impact in the context of environmental health. I approach this work through a cross-cultural, justice-centered framework. Using both quantitative and qualitative methods, I aim to advance socio-environmental transformation by fostering critical inquiry and promoting media and data literacy as tools to enhance public engagement, inform evidence-based decision-making, and drive collective action for systemic change in science and policy.
